Do you charge a call-out fee?
There's a diagnosis fee from $150 that covers the visit and a written quote, and it's credited against the repair if you go ahead on the day. No surprises after the fact.
How fast can you get to a breakdown?
From Indented Head, most of the Bellarine is 5–30 minutes and Geelong is around 35. Outside peak cold snaps we can often get to urgent no-heat jobs the same day.
Is it worth repairing a 15-year-old system?
Sometimes. If it's a cheap part and the rest of the unit is sound, repair it. If it's the heat exchanger, the compressor or a second major fault in two years, we'll show you the changeover numbers instead of taking your money twice.
