Drysdale is a mix of established brick-veneer homes with roof-mounted gas ducted heating and newer estate builds with slab-mounted units and zoned ductwork. Both need different approaches — we check the existing ductwork and return air before quoting a changeover, because a new heater on tired ducts still won't warm the back bedrooms.
Inland from the coast, Drysdale gets colder winter nights than the beachside towns, so ducted heating and reverse-cycle capacity matter more here than pure cooling.
